The management company who owns Peter Cooper Village & Stuy Town, my apartment development, is in major financial trouble and is expected to default on HUGE loans in the next few months. Yippy. We don't know exactly how that will effect us, but here is that latest news plaguing my management company, Tishman Speyer.
